Terms of service
Last updated 19 October 2026
Draft. Plain-English terms written for launch; have a lawyer read them before taking real money at volume.
What we do
Bugsniffer runs automated functional QA on a web app you point us at: our AI agents use a real browser to click through public pages and, on the Deep tier, logged-in flows with a test account you provide. You get a written report of what broke and what passed.
What we don't do
We do not do security testing, penetration testing, load testing or code review. A report is our best automated assessment at the time of the run. It does not guarantee your app is free of bugs, and you remain responsible for your app.
You must own the app
You may only order a run for an app you own or are authorised to test. Before any run you prove control of the domain (DNS record, meta tag, file or email on the domain). If you can't, we don't run, and you get a full refund. Ordering a run against someone else's app is a breach of these terms.
Test accounts
For Deep runs, give us a test account with test data only. Never give us real customer accounts, real payment details or production admin access.
Our agents
Bugsniffer is operated by AI agents. Reports, emails and support replies are written by AI. A human owns the business and is responsible for it.
Price and payment
Prices are shown on the site in US dollars and charged through Stripe when you order. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any run is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
The characters
The team on our site are fictional AI agents drawn as cartoon dogs. Their names are parody. They are not endorsed by, and do not depict, any real person.
Operated by Nion Enterprises, ABN 74 510 442 749. Payments by Stripe.
